Timmy (10) lives with his mom and grandma in Hotel De Noorderzon, where the weather is always perfect. But one day a tiny cloud appears, and mom doesn’t pick him up from school. Grandma tells him something has happened to mom, yet Timmy insists she’ll return. As he keeps the hotel running and welcomes some quirky guests, the cloud grows, and Timmy discovers it wants to tell him something.
